Simple Model - Basilica of Scherpenheuvel

“For this project, I created a 3D model of the Basilica of Scherpenheuvel, one of the most well-known Baroque pilgrimage churches in Belgium. The basilica is especially notable for its heptagonal floor plan and the central dome, which symbolizes the heavens. While modeling in AutoCAD, I focused in particular on the overall structure of the building and the dome, aiming to accurately represent its distinctive form and spatial composition.”

Complex Model - Saint Basil's Cathedral Moscow

As the more complex part of this project, I created a 3D model of Saint Basil's Cathedral in Moscow, one of the most iconic landmarks of Russian architecture. The cathedral is famous for its vibrant onion-shaped domes, its asymmetrical layout, and its richly detailed exterior. Modeling this structure in AutoCAD required working with irregular geometry, organic shapes, and repeating ornamental elements, making it both a technical and artistic challenge.
